Norris Lake, TN

My name is "Z" Francis and I am now an official Tennessee resident! My family and I bought land with our family over two years ago, and built our barndominium home near Norris Lake. 

 

My family and I LOVE North East Tennessee! My family and I have fallen in love with the landscape, the culture and the laid-back-way of life! Also, we love that people believe in God, Family and Freedom! Those are the freedoms and privileges that I believe in wholeheartedly and desire to pass down to my family for generations to come! 

 

 Because we built our home near Norris lake/Powell River, I would love to help others thinking about moving/building to navigate their way through the process as well! I have learned a lot about how to  build on raw land, buying land, the surrounding areas, what "not to-do", and what "to-do". Too much to list!!! It would be my honor to help other families learn all there is to learn as well!
