My name is "Z" Francis! My family and I LOVE North East Tennessee! My family and I have fallen in love with the landscape, the culture and the laid-back-way of life! Also, we love that people believe in God, Family and Freedom! Those are the freedoms and privileges that I believe in wholeheartedly and desire to pass down to my family for generations to come!

Because we are building our home on Norris lake/Powell River, I would love to help others coming here to navigate their way here as well! I have learned a lot about how to build on raw land, buying land, the area, what "not to-do", and what "to-do". It would be my honor to help other families learn these assets as well!

My Story

I was born in San Diego, Ca. I lived around the ocean and the city for most of my childhood, and then moved to the country around 12 years old. I have always been a "country girl" at heart!

In college, I went into the auto industry as one of the only women in the entire field in my community! I loved learning as much as I could about vehicles, but especially hot rods! Growing up around my dad working on his two hot rods every weekend, became my passion as well. As I was going to school at nights to become a mechanic, I was also working at a custom shop in the day time. I enjoyed this busy season and tried to apply myself as much as I could. I especially loved engine overhaul classes :).

In 2006, an opportunity came up to take a job as a property manager for almost 500 acres in Big Bear. It seemed like the perfect job for me, and I was excited to experience a new adventure! So, I bought a little camping trailer, welded a hitch on my 1971 Ford Bronco, and moved to Big Bear, Ca.

After only living in Big Bear for about 8 months, my friend decided that I should meet her friend. Needless to say, she was very right. I met my husband in 2006 at a Bible study, and it was "love at first sight"! We got married 6 months later, and it has been an adventure ever since! We have 4 awesome kids and love to spend time together whenever we get the chance!

Since then, I have become passionate about real estate and helping people realize their dreams! Coming from a family of Real Estate agents, it was very easy to transition into the industry. So here I am! Ready to help you realize your dreams!!!!
